Simon leads the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries at the ·ÆÂɱöÁùºÏ²Ê, focusing on enhancing the student experience and driving strategic initiatives in student recruitment and engagement.
With over 23 years in higher education, Simon has significantly improved student outcomes through his innovative approaches. Previously serving as Associate Dean (Students), Simon's commitment to inclusivity and excellence has positioned the Faculty as a key contributor to the University's reputation. He is currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Education, researching the efficacy of generative AI in grading and feedback.
